STARTING THE ACTIVITY with only 3 products. Small artisan workshop for meat processing. Production of the first 3 products.

Cooperation with USAID projects in Albania.

1995

Technologists enabled by "USAID" projects in Albania developed several recipes for salami products. (15 new sausage products)
